SUN. OCTOBER 20 | YOGA with AALIGN WELLNESS

an approachable and dynamic yoga flow to ignite internal awareness, self massage to recognize and release tension in the body, and therapeutic journaling and meditation to ground and center. BYO mat. sip on some post-yoga coffee and munch on baked goods from Green Line Cafe.

ABOUT:

Aalign Wellness was born of the aligned values of Alanna Gardner and Adriana Adele that include but are not limited to:
• Creating open communication and education around wellness
• Holding space for people to explore and create what wellness means for them
• Expanding the range of what health & wellness is and who it’s for.

Alanna Gardner, MFT is an individual & relationship therapist in Philadelphia. Alanna believes that at the core of every human is the ability to hone and channel the skills to not only survive, but thrive throughout life’s many transitions. Alanna blends her knowledge and love of movement and talk therapy to create interventions that serve to facilitating grounding and healing the mind-body pathway.

Adriana Adelé is a Philadelphia-based yoga teacher, RYT-500, who shares yoga as a way to promote compassionate self-study, align values and virtue, cultivate joy, and bridge the gap between intention and action. Her low-key yet high vibe teaching style facilitates and empowers students to forge a deeper connection with body, breath, and spirit. She encourages students to take the principles of yoga off the mat to support their daily lives and to create a more equitable world.

Jeffrey Urbano (he/him) is originally from South Jersey but has lived in Philly for 10+ years. He teaches LES MILLS BodyCombat at City Fitness and Drexel University Recreation Center. Jeffrey enjoys meeting new people and supporting class participants on their fitness journeys. He hopes to work hard to become an experienced instructor, not only learning from seasoned group exercise instructors, but from his students as well.
